a) The Fund is to be used solely towards the promotion of the objectives of LPF. The expenditure of the Fund shall be made in accordance with the programme budget approved by the Board of the Directors of LPF.
b) The Finances and assets of LPF and the operation of the FUND shall be audited annually by competent auditors appointed by the Executive Committee of LPF.
